General

Add login/out links and basic user info to Instiki's primary layout(s).

Initial visit

Need to remove the password to change webs section and replace it with a new user form. This will need to create an initial user and automatically log in as that user. That user also needs to be an Instiki admin and an admin for the initial wiki.

Create/Edit page

The as box needs to be removed and have any references to its value changed to the current user.

Pages will also need to be associated with the users that made changes. This may just be a string at the moment.

Edit web

Remove the password protection section and the "enter system password" box. The password protection section needs to be replaced with a list of allowed users and their permissions (read, write, and/or admin). The system password check will need to be changed to ensure the current user is an admin or a wiki admin.

The "other admin tasks" section needs to have the clean up password box changed to a button. It will need to check if the current user is an admin.

Create web

The system password box needs to be removed. This will need to make sure the current user is an admin.

A choice to make the web public or private needs to exist too. Will assume private for the time being.

Feeds

Should use HTTP auth to authenticate users.
